#PEPtogether – our final event for now…

Join us for the final PEPtogether event on Thursday 30th July, where we will be sharing our lockdown stories, planning our research project, and looking to the future. We need your help to make this final event a real treat for all involved.

The PEPtogethers have provided such a rich place to engage together, to share some of the highs and lows of life during a pandemic; and to support one another as we adapt to new ways of working, thinking and doing. The NCCPE have been delighted to work with you in creating spaces for really useful conversation, and our synthesised reports have ensured even those who can’t come on the day can still participate in the learning. Our final event will be the culmination of all that we have learned together, as well as a chance to inform the future, most specifically the NCCPE peer research project.

Could you share a PEP story at our final event? An example of engagement that has really inspired you? An issue that you want to share with others? An idea of how we can reimagine engagement now and in the future? Or a recommendation for a summer read? Why not volunteer to share your insights or experiences at our final event? Email jules.andrews@uwe.ac.uk if you want to get involved. And if you want to be inspired by others – why not check out our PEP stories from last time.

Whether you want to contribute a story or not, we hope you will come ready to share your views and ideas, for example the research questions you hope our research project will address, or ideas for how we can work together over the coming months.

Please note, we are taking a break over August, and then launching a monthly online PEPtogether for members of the PEP Network – so do join us if you haven’t already (it’s free!). If you would like to participate in the monthly events, but aren’t able to join the network, we will be delighted to welcome you as a guest. You’ll just need to let us know you are coming. Full details to be shared in August.
