Join the NCCPE as a Research Associate

The NCCPE is at the forefront of transforming how universities engage with society. We support culture change in UK higher education by championing public engagement, building strong networks, and delivering high-impact projects.
As a Research Associate, you’ll work across a diverse portfolio of projects and services, supporting our Research Fellow and Policy Analyst. Your work will include:
- Conducting literature reviews and consultations
- Designing and analysing surveys and evaluations
- Synthesising data into actionable insights
- Contributing to reports, publications, and training materials
- Supporting funding bids and project proposals
You’ll play a key role in shaping our understanding of public engagement across the UK HE sector, including contributing to our State of the Sector assessment and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Framework.
