As many of us move our work online in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have crowd-sourced a guide to running meaningful online events and meetings for public engagement professionals.
There is a lot of expertise in the public engagement sector about running online meetings and gatherings; online tools for enabling conversation, planning and exchange; and resources to support online public engagement, but so far it has been hard to access.
We wanted to bring together our collective knowledge, and reference all the tools and resources, in one useful guide.
We created a shared document to collect everyone’s contribution, pulled it together to make a guide, and are delighted to share the final result of this with the sector now. We hope it will be useful in navigating these changing times.
