Now in their tenth year, the Science in Public conference and network bring together researchers and practitioners in science communication and public engagement from across the UK and around the world. The conference offers a broad platform for discussion and debate across disciplinary boundaries; in previous years it has welcomed researchers from science and technology studies, history of science, geography, psychology, cultural studies, media studies, sociology, science communication, development studies, English literature, science policy studies and more.
The conference, with the theme 'Science in Public: research, practice, impact' will be hosted by the Science Communication Unit at the University of the West of England, Bristol, on Thursday 9th and Friday 10th July 2015.
Further information about the conference and how to submit proposals for papers/sessions can be found on the Science in Public Conference website.
General registration will open in late March / early April.
