We will store all your responses securely in files held on Microsoft services hosted by the University of the West of England, Bristol. The data are accessible only to members of the NCCPE; access requires multifactor authorisation using institutional names and passwords. Your responses will be stored for 3 months from the date of the event, after which time they will be permanently destroyed.

Receiving the plaque & certificate
We have planned for 2-3 people from your institution to receive the award. We would expect at least one of them to be from the engagement team. Whilst there won't be time for acceptance speeches we will arrange photo opportunities with other members of your team after the plenary.
