Data protection

This survey forms part of the evaluation of the NCCPE Seminars programme. You have been invited to respond because you attended one of the Seminar events. We want to learn about your experience of the event to help shape future events. 

We estimate this survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. 

We will not ask you to give your name, or any other information that could identify you. This means it will not be possible to remove your responses from the record after you have submitted them. 

We will store all your responses securely in password-protected files held on a server hosted by the University of the West of England, Bristol. Before we store the responses, we will remove any information that could be used to identify a person or organisation.
