Developing a Resource for Racially Equitable Public Engagement: Feedback Copied to clipboard PurposeThis survey allows you to feedback on any aspect of the project to develop a resource for racially equitable public engagement. You are being invited to respond because you have contributed to the development of the resource.This is a complex and incredibly important piece of work, which is being co-developed with consultants, the NCCPE, the inclusion advisory group and members of the Public Engagement Professional community. We want to learn about your experiences of being involved in the development of the resource so that we can continue to improve the project and its processes throughout. We therefore welcome all feedback, whether critical or positive.You may provide your responses anonymously or choose to share your contact details. The choice is entirely up to you.We aim to ensure that everyone engaged in this project is treated fairly and feels comfortable in sharing their experiences openly and honestly. We will do our best to address your feedback in ways that prioritise accountability, learning and respectful relationships. Data protectionIf you choose to, you can share details that could be used to identify you, such as your name, email address, and the activity you engaged with. If you agree that we may contact you, we will need this information. We will only use it for the purpose of contacting you about your feedback. We will store all your responses securely in files held on Microsoft services hosted by the University of the West of England, Bristol. The data are accessible only to members of the NCCPE and the project team; access requires multifactor authorisation using institutional names and passwords. Any information that could be used to identify a person or organisation will be stored only until the end of the project (30th November 2026). After that, any identifying information will be removed and your responses will be stored for ten years, at which time they will be permanently destroyed.You may contact NCCPE Enquiries (nccpe.enquiries@uwe.ac.uk) at any time before 30 November 2036 to ask that your responses are permanently removed from the record.
