Data protection

This form supports the work we are doing as part of Engaged Futures programme. We want to learn more about your ideas of how projects and organisations can work together to formulate new ideas and approaches.

We estimate it will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the form. 

We will not ask you to give your name, or any other information that could identify you. This means it will not be possible to remove your responses from the record after you have submitted them. 

We will store all your responses securely in files held on Microsoft services hosted by the University of the West of England, Bristol. The data are accessible only to members of the NCCPE; access requires multifactor authorisation using institutional names and passwords. Before we store the responses, we will remove any information that could be used to identify a person or organisation.
