Sophie Duncan

Sophie is responsible for the strategic direction of the centre, including business development and partnerships. A physicist by training, Sophie started her career at the Science Museum in London where her work included exhibition development and public programmes. She became a programme manager with Science Year, before joining the BBC, where she managed the creation and delivery of national learning campaigns. Sophie co-edits Research for All and provides strategic advice to a range of organisations including the Ministerial Co-ordination Group for the People and Culture strategy, and the institute of Zoology.
