Shaping the Future of PPIE Training in Universities

We will explore how a program of innovative training can enhance collaboration between researchers and Lived Experience Advisory Panels (LEAP). Our Wellcome-funded AMBER project Training Manager will share insights on bridging the gap between these groups through relationship and skills building. And you will hear first-hand the impact this has had on one of our LEAP members.  Using Visual Thinking, Ketso and the ORID framework, we will engage in discussions around how you might embed PPIE training in your context and how this could be organised & funded at grant/department/university level. These insights will be fed back to NCCPE.
