The Imagination Pop-up Station

What if imagination was a key skill in the HEI sector in the future? The Department of Imagination project at University of Bristol has been exploring how to introduce arts-informed imagination practice into research culture and teaching.  

Imagination is essential for a creative, resilient and flourishing research culture and it is a core skill in the pursuit of more responsible research.  

In the Imagination Pop-Up Station you will experience a variety of imagination practices, to better imagine together the future of universities and the futures that research is creating. Expect movement, drawing, free writing and even attending a Rest School.
