Chloë Somers

Chloë is Head of Operations and Strategic Planning at the NCCPE and is responsible for enabling strategic coherence and continuous improvement across NCCPE’s systems and processes. Prior to working at the NCCPE Chloë worked for UK Research and Innovation across a wide range of policy areas, most recently leading infrastructure and place strategy for the Natural Environment Research Council and serving as Director of the UKRI North America Office in Washington, DC. Outside of work Chloë is a hospital Governor, enjoys a variety of creative pursuits and counting butterflies.
