We are inviting Public Engagement Professionals working in Higher Education to join us for a consultation workshop taking place online, on Thursday 16 July 2026 from 13:00-14:00.

Please register by Monday 13 July at 17:00, to confirm your interest in participating.

Your input will help determine priority topics, challenges, practical tools and potential case studies for the resource we are building on racially equitable public engagement.

Once you have registered we will be in touch with a participant information sheet and a consent form which will allow us to use your insights in the development of this resource that we will be sharing with the sector.

As part of this form, we will ask for details that can be used to identify you –  e.g. your name, email address, job title and institution. We will also ask for details of your accessibility requirements. This information is needed so that we can process your registration and ensure you are able to fully access the online event. 

We will store all your responses securely in files held on Microsoft services hosted by the University of the West of England, Bristol. The data are accessible only to members of the NCCPE; access requires multifactor authorisation using institutional names and passwords. Your responses will be stored for 3 months from the date of the event, after which time they will be permanently destroyed.
