To receive the honorarium, we require that you acknowledge your commitment to the work and your eligibility to receive this honorarium. Data protectionThis questionnaire is part of the Engaged Futures project administration process. You have been invited to respond because you have expressed interest in receiving an honorarium for the period February 2024 to the end of April 2026. We estimate this questionnaire will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. As part of the questionnaire, we will ask for details that could be used to identify you – e.g. your name and email address. This information is needed so that we can process your honorarium application. We will store all your responses securely in files held on Microsoft services hosted by the University of the West of England, Bristol. The data are accessible only to members of the NCCPE; access requires multifactor authorisation using institutional names and passwords. Your responses will be stored for three years from the closing date of the questionnaire, after which time they will be permanently destroyed. You may contact NCCPE Enquiries (NCCPEcatalysts@uwe.ac.uk) at any time before 2 March 2029 to ask that your responses are permanently removed from the record.
