Data protection

What is the purpose of this survey/questionnaire? 

This survey is being sent by the NCCPE to support writing a chapter on civic value. You have been invited to respond because your project features in the same book and provides an opportunity to contextualise measuring civic value in your practice

How long will it take? 

We anticipate that the survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your participation is entirely voluntary. 

What will happen to my responses? 

Your responses will be stored for ten years from the closing date of the survey, after which time they will be permanently destroyed. They will be securely stored in a password-protected file kept on a server hosted by the University of the West of England, Bristol. 

Responses that could be used to identify you, such as your name, email address or job title, etc., will be de-linked from the rest of your responses and stored separately. Only members of the NCCPE will be able to access data that could identify you. 

We sometimes work with freelance associates, for example to analyse and synthesise data. Before any data are shared with associates, any information that could be used to identify you will be removed. This will include information such as your name and contact details, your job or location and names of third parties such as other people, businesses or companies. 

You may contact NCCPE Enquiries (nccpe.enquiries@uwe.ac.uk) at any time before 2035 to ask that your responses are permanently removed from the record.
