As the COVID-19 crisis started to escalate during March 2020, many of us were forced to move to online events and meetings to facilitate networking, problem solving, decision making, knowledge sharing and professional development. Whilst this was a daunting task, there are clearly some advantages to engaging online.

We knew that there was a plethora of expertise in the sector around online engagement, and so invited people in our network to help make a guide to creating, facilitating and participating in online events, to help us all develop meaningful and valuable experiences. We created a shared document to collect everyone’s contribution, pulled it together to make a guide, and are delighted to share the final result of this with the sector now. We hope it will be useful in navigating these changing times.
