As part of this form, we will ask for details that can be used to identify you –  e.g. your name, email address, job title, institution, location, etc. This information is needed so that we can process your funding request. 

We will store all your responses securely in files held on Microsoft services hosted by the University of the West of England, Bristol. The data are accessible only to members of the NCCPE; access requires multifactor authorisation using institutional names and passwords.   Your responses will be stored for 3 months from the date of the event, after which time they will be permanently destroyed.
