The Times They Are A-Changin': Community Engaged Learning now and in 2045

What should engaged teaching and learning look like in 2045? This small-group discussion invites participants to map their experiences of community-engaged learning, share insights and challenges, and co-create visions for the future. Building on learning from the NCCPE Engage Fellowship and EU funded LOESS project, together we will ask: What have you tried? What have you learned? Where do you want to go? Through facilitated discussions and resource sharing, we will explore how universities act as connectors and co-creators with society, and how engaged learning can prepare students to tackle complex challenges such as poverty, climate change and social justice.
