Entry to the competition is now closed - thank you to everyone who entered!
The NCCPE ran this national competition to find and celebrate high quality public engagement with research projects.
We received a fantastic 230 entries to the competition, which is now closed. The standard was exceptionally high, and it was a real treat to find out about so many exceptional engagement projects happening across the UK.
These entries were assessed by our judges and the shortlisted projects in eight categories were invited to an event at the Natural History Museum in London during Universities Week, on Wednesday 11th June 2014 where the overall winner and category winners were announced. The overall winner, The CAER Heritage Project was awarded £2,500 to develop or share their engagement work with others.
