Middlesex is looking for an experienced and capable Impact Officer to provide direct support to academic staff for the achievement and management of impact; to curate and index evidence of impact; and to promulgate good practice in impact generation, impact documentation and routes to impact for REF2021 and beyond across the University.
The post demands good knowledge of impact in the context of research management, experience of preparing reports and briefings for senior management and of providing professional service to academic staff. You'll work in the Research & Knowledge Transfer Office, a lively support hub for researchers across the University, and support academic staff at all stages of their research career and across a wide range of subjects. Your sector background matters less than your experience, skills and enthusiasm for this exciting role.
The post is for 2 years fixed term (possibility of being made permanent thereafter).
