How can universities in cities unlock their assets to help communities?
This event seeks to link universities, and university-based urban researchers, with communities and community activists. The main aim of the day is to reconsider how the university, often an urban-based institution, can act as a resource for the wider community. How can we help unlock and connect these institutions to the communities they are rooted in? This will be a dialogue about how the goals of social justice, urban renewal and education can be pursued in new ways.
Invitation to participate
Conversations, short presentations, debates and non-conventional contributions warmly sought, particularly from community sector organisations and representatives. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
