Engage Live Poster Party

This year the poster party will take place before lunch, and will be a chance for delegates to share examples of their practice.

You will be provided with a poster board and pins, and a small table if needed. You can bring just a poster or a small table-top demo. We cannot provide power.

Please consider who presents your work, and invite any partners you have worked with to present with you.

Engage Online Poster Party

Engage Online will offer a chance for delegates to share examples of their practice.

We will provide an online platform for you to share a PDF poster, short video (up to 3 minutes), short podcast (up to 3 minutes) or other multimedia format.

Engage Live Informal evening reception

If you are coming to Bristol the night before, we would like to invite you to spend some time together with the NCCPE and other delegates. This will be an informal gathering in a venue (TBC) with food and drink available for you to purchase. We will book the venue according to numbers, but it will be in Bristol City Centre.

Engage Live Covid Considerations and Cancellation Policy

We remain committed to the health and wellbeing of conference attendees, venue staff, NCCPE staff and the wider community.

Please read our COVID Considerations and Cancelation Policy page for full details, and confirm that you have read and understood them.

Engage Backstage pass

By registering for Engage Online, you will also get access to the Engage Backstage Pass! Travel with our host Jamie Gallagher, as he meets delegates, visits the poster party, hosts interviews, and provides a flavour of what is happening around the Conference. In addition, tune in live to the plenary presentations, and take part in discussion groups online to explore the key themes emerging. This will be a hybrid event with a difference – offering unique and privileged access to the Engage experience.

Please note, the Backstage Pass must be used on the 7th of December as it is a live broadcast from the in-person Engage Conference. Please indicate below whether you will be using the Backstage Pass so we can plan our online facilitation needs.
