One of the NCCPE Public Engagement Ambassadors needs your help. Michael Pocock, a researcher at Bristol University, is seeking 10 ambassadors (e.g. biology graduates) from across the country to inspire children to engage in a project looking at an invasive moth that damages the leaves of conker trees and its natural pest controllers.
The ambassadors would be required to recruit local classes to take part in the project and visit each class in early and then in mid July. The project will cover all expenses and provide an honorarium for people's time.
